Two hundred and fifty goddamn years. Let that sink in. A quarter millennium of the greatest social experiment ever conceived by man — born in blood, baptized in gunpowder, and kept alive by every stubborn son of a bitch who refused to kneel. Today we celebrate the absolute audacity of a bunch of colonists who looked the most powerful empire on Earth dead in the eye and said, "Nah, we're good." And here we still stand, louder and meaner than ever.
This is the day you crack that first cold one before noon and nobody says a damn word about it. This is the day the grill fires up at sunrise and doesn't cool down until the neighbors call it quits. This is the day you mag dump into the sky — responsibly, you animals — and remind the whole neighborhood what freedom sounds like. The founding fathers didn't write the Second Amendment so you could keep it locked in a safe on the Fourth of July.
Two-fifty years of telling communists, tyrants, and every other freedom-hating degenerate on this planet to get absolutely bent. From Yorktown to Berlin to every godforsaken sandbox we've planted boots in, this country has never once backed down when it mattered. We don't eat shit for breakfast — we feed it to our enemies and make them ask for seconds.
So tonight, when those fireworks are lighting up the sky and you've got a beer in one hand and someone worth celebrating with in the other, remember what today actually means. It means men bled out in fields so you could grill in your backyard without asking permission. It means generations fought and died so your ungrateful ass could post whatever you want online without a government boot on your neck. Appreciate that. Live that.
God bless the United States of America. 250 years young and still the baddest thing on this planet. Now go be dangerous, be free, and raise some hell tonight. Happy Fourth, you beautiful degenerates.
