By creating an account or using GamesWrite, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • One account per person — duplicate or sockpuppet accounts may be terminated.

3. Content Guidelines

When using GamesWrite, you agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Spam, manipulate ratings, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Use automated tools to scrape content or create accounts without permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on GamesWrite (reviews, comments, etc.). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

6. Disclaimer

GamesWrite is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content. Reviews and opinions expressed by users are their own and do not represent the views of GamesWrite.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamesWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

9. Third-Party Services

GamesWrite uses Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in, registration, and password-recovery forms to protect against automated abuse. By using these forms, you acknowledge that Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser signals) to evaluate whether you are a human visitor. 10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
